A technical founder and operator, focused on AI that actually works

I'm a technical founder with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling product-driven businesses.

For 24 years I was co-founder and COO of J!NX, which I helped grow from a startup into an international company serving customers in more than 80 countries. Along the way I built teams across operations, sales, finance, and engineering, and ran the systems behind global logistics, licensing compliance, and multi-channel distribution. Before that, I co-founded Empire Technologies.

I studied computer science at Ohio University, and I've always leaned on custom software and automation to solve hard operational problems: inventory and fulfillment platforms, process automation, workflow design. I've always approached business as a systems design challenge.

Now I leverage AI to solve those same operational problems faster and at greater scale. I'm focused on moving AI beyond novelty and making it structured, reliable infrastructure inside real businesses. My approach is hands-on. I don't just recommend tools. I set up the assistants, agents, and workflows myself, then teach your team to run them. When a business needs a fully custom system, I bring in Collision Theory, the software studio I co-founded, to build it.

I also care about building strong teams and helping founders grow. I spent nearly eight years as a mentor with The Founder Institute, working with early-stage founders.
